Job Overview:
Steele Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and security systems. You’ll deploy and maintain network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize network solutionsMonitor and troubleshoot network performanceInstall and support routers, switches, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewallsEnforce network security policiesCollaborate with vendors and IT teamsProvide training and participate in on-call rotationOccasional travel for remote support

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field5+ years’ experience with Cisco/Aruba switches, routing, wireless, SD-WANStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsCisco CCNP or equivalent preferredExperience with VMware and Windows Server is a plus

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional work on the manufacturing floor (PPE required)Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
