Job Title: Clinical Leader, Practices - Geneva Urgent Care
Location: Geneva Destination Campus (833 Canandaigua Road Geneva, NY 14456)
Hours Per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. 2 12 hour clinical shifts and 2 8 hour administrative shifts
On-Call: Flexible, only 6-7 times per year plus 1 holiday

As a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serve as valuable resources for staff, as well as facilitating patient care.
OUR Department:
Rochester Regional Health Urgent/Immediate Care centers are committed to providing the highest quality heath care for residents and visitors in the Rochester community. You will be working along expert providers that can treat a wide variety of non-life-threatening, urgent medical needs with no prior appointments needed for in-person visits. Services provided include illness & injury, on-the-job injuries, physical exams, rapid lab tests and COVID screenings, vaccinations, virtual care, women’s care and x-rays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership & Management - Lead physicians, practice managers and clinical leaders to run the day-to-day functions of the practice, resolving issues and concerns; function as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA and Clerical staff; ensure staff is rounding on patients, consistently using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you); recognize staff for a job well done or for role modeling; coach staff privately when performance is below standard; participate in the selection of new staff and ensure peer interview process is followed
- Patient Care - Responsible for the success of the practice pillar goals, working closely with the triad leadership to achieve patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, financial growth and quality goals that are aligned with the organizational goals
- Issue Resolution - Resolve any issue or concerns at the time of the rounding; follow up any concerns with lead physician and nurse manager; identify and know of all high-risk patients and ensure plan of care is current
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred.
- Prior ED or Urgent Care experience strongly preferred.
EDUCATION:
- AS: Nursing (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
PAY RANGE: $80,753.00 - $110,292.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
