This role is central to ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for enterprise clients across complex ERP environments. You will lead end-to-end onboarding projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver structured, high-quality implementations. The position plays a key role in driving project success, mitigating risks, and ensuring client readiness for production environments. You will operate in a fast-paced, global setting where precision, communication, and leadership directly influence customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary orchestrator of onboarding execution, you will manage timelines, dependencies, and escalations across cross-functional teams. This is a highly client-facing role that combines project governance, technical awareness, and strong relationship management.
- Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding projects, ensuring on-time delivery of all project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria across complex enterprise environments.
- Define project scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities while coordinating internal technical teams and external client stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively managing escalations and ensuring smooth resolution of issues impacting onboarding progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking, reporting, and documentation using tools such as Salesforce and other project management platforms.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance standards, ISO processes, and onboarding best practices to guarantee consistency and quality of execution.
- Drive client communication and executive reporting, ensuring transparency, alignment, and strong stakeholder engagement throughout the onboarding process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize onboarding processes, tools, and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, consulting, or ERP implementation projects, ideally involving SAP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Database environments.
- Strong background in managing complex client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and global delivery components.
- Proven experience in escalation management, risk mitigation, and delivering projects under tight timelines in high-pressure environments.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and implementation/upgrade lifecycle processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
