Job Description

SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, support operations, and large-scale SAP transformation programs across Latin America. It plays a key part in ensuring that SAP Brazil Tax Reform solutions and related enhancements are smoothly transitioned from delivery teams into long-term support and maintenance structures. The position is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with development, QA, AMS, and support teams to enable operational readiness. It focuses on structuring and standardizing knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live stability. The engineer will help ensure that technical and functional ownership is clearly transitioned with minimal disruption to clients. This is a global, fast-paced environment where precision, coordination, and clarity directly impact service quality and regulatory compliance.

Accountabilities

This role is responsible for driving structured transition and enablement activities that ensure SAP solutions—especially Brazil Tax Reform deliverables—are effectively handed over from product delivery to support and AMS teams, while maintaining operational continuity and stability.

  • Coordinate end-to-end transition activities between Global Product Delivery, Global Support Delivery, AMS, QA, and Professional Services teams, ensuring structured and predictable handovers.
  • Lead and document knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring full coverage of SAP Brazil Tax Reform processes, configurations, integrations, and support scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain transition plans, KT materials, support playbooks, and operational documentation to enable long-term supportability.
  • Support hypercare phases by assisting with issue triage, escalation coordination, and cross-functional problem resolution during and after go-live.
  • Act as a liaison across Scrum, Kanban, QA, and support teams to ensure solution readiness, test alignment, and clear functional understanding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in transition processes and recommending enhancements to tools, frameworks, and delivery practices.
Requirements

This role requires extensive SAP experience combined with strong coordination, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills, particularly in LATAM regulatory and tax environments.

  • 10+ years of SAP experience in FI, MM, or SD, with strong exposure to SAP configuration, functional analysis, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in SAP environments supporting LATAM or Brazil-specific tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., IBS, CBS).
  • Background in transition management, knowledge transfer, AMS, L4 support, or product delivery environments.
  • Strong ability to create structured documentation including process flows, KT guides, and support frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with distributed global teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate under pressure.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
  • SAP debugging, ABAP knowledge, or JIRA experience is considered a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level SAP expertise
  • Remote work flexibility within Brazil
  • Exposure to global SAP transformation and LATAM tax reform initiatives
  • Health and wellness benefits (as per regional policy)
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Learning and development opportunities in SAP, Agile, and enterprise support frameworks
  • Opportunity to work in a global, cross-functional, high-impact environment
