This role is focused on leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital and cloud-based projects in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. You will act as the main point of coordination between clients and cross-functional agile teams, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to closure. The position requires strong ownership of scope, budget, timelines, and risk management, while maintaining high standards of communication and transparency. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement within teams. This is a client-facing role where relationship management, structured delivery, and proactive problem-solving are key to success. Working in a distributed setup, you will collaborate closely with technical teams operating in an international environment aligned with Pacific Time hours.

• Lead and ensure successful delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to closure, while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and high-quality customer service.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and support Scrum/Kanban delivery practices.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring smooth team execution.
• Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health, escalating risks when needed.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Promote continuous improvement using a servant leadership approach and support team efficiency and collaboration.

• 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles within digital or software delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience in managing client-facing projects, including communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced to fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and scope in complex technical environments.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and define mitigation strategies.
• Nice to have: degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Nice to have: Scrum certification (e.g., PSM).
