This role is part of a global technology environment focused on driving digital transformation through hyperautomation, AI, and end-to-end enterprise experience platforms. As a Tech Lead ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing, guiding, and delivering scalable solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems. You will lead technical direction within Agile teams, ensuring high-quality implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture responsibilities, mentoring developers while actively contributing to solution design and delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, and architecture domains, translating requirements into robust technical solutions. This is a highly impactful role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where leadership, ownership, and continuous improvement are essential.
- Lead the mapping, distribution, and technical coordination of tasks within ServiceNow development teams based on best practices.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related platforms.
- Architect and plan Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban), translating user stories into technical execution plans.
- Oversee development and automation of business processes and services within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable integration with external systems and services.
- Support the team in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
- Strong experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English is desirable for international project exposure.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and/or CIS are highly valued.
- Nice to have: Advanced Spanish.
