This role is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on designing, building, and scaling modern web applications in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will act as a key bridge between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. The position requires strong expertise in Python and ReactJS, along with the ability to make architectural decisions and guide technical direction across projects. You will also work in an environment where Generative AI and modern cloud technologies play an important role in shaping solutions. Beyond coding, you will influence engineering standards, performance, and system design across the stack. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, ownership, and technical leadership are essential to success.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Python and ReactJS
• Lead technical decision-making and define architecture and infrastructure approaches for complex systems
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Build and enhance APIs while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Optimize application performance, usability, security, and overall system reliability
• Provide technical guidance across UI/UX considerations, debugging, and system improvements
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing and CI/CD processes to ensure engineering excellence
• Support a small, autonomous team by adapting to evolving priorities and ensuring successful delivery
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns

• 5–7+ years of experience in software engineering roles with a strong backend and frontend background
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ReactJS development
• Strong experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
• Proven ability to make independent architectural and infrastructure decisions
• Experience or strong exposure to Generative AI or AI engineering concepts
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of data structures such as graphs and trees
• Strong foundation in object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and software design patterns
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Nice to have: experience with LangChain or LangFlow
