This role is designed for a strategic and results-oriented project management professional who will play a central part in driving portfolio governance, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment across complex initiatives. You will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring consistency in scope, timelines, costs, risks, and quality standards. Acting as a key bridge between technical teams, leadership, and clients, you will contribute directly to decision-making through data-driven insights and executive reporting. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic technology environment. You will also support strategic planning, OKRs, and continuous improvement of project governance practices. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on delivery success and client satisfaction.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and defined risk parameters.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead project ceremonies and ensure effective execution across agile and traditional methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
- Support portfolio management activities, including prioritization, roadmap planning, and alignment with OKRs and business strategy.
- Ensure contractual, technical, and operational compliance of all project deliverables.
- Contribute to governance structuring, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives within the project management function.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams when required.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and continuous monitoring of project health indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
- Experience with portfolio management, project prioritization, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for international stakeholder interaction.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in consulting firms, large-scale enterprise environments, or digital transformation programs is a plus.
