Acting as a key bridge between technical teams, leadership, and clients, you will contribute directly to decision-making through data-driven insights and executive reporting. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic technology environment. You will also support strategic planning, OKRs, and continuous improvement of project governance practices. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on delivery success and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and defined risk parameters.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Lead project ceremonies and ensure effective execution across agile and traditional methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
Support portfolio management activities, including prioritization, roadmap planning, and alignment with OKRs and business strategy.
Ensure contractual, technical, and operational compliance of all project deliverables.
Contribute to governance structuring, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives within the project management function.
Coordinate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams when required.
Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and continuous monitoring of project health indicators.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments.
Strong knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
Experience with portfolio management, project prioritization, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for international stakeholder interaction.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Experience in consulting firms, large-scale enterprise environments, or digital transformation programs is a plus.
