Fix Auto in Salmon Arm is seeking a Junior Collision Estimator to join our amazing team! Working closely with experienced Customer Service Representatives and Estimators, you will receive hands-on experience and training by performing a wide array of duties in our collision center so you can learn the business and begin to develop and build your career as a Collision Estimator with us!

Job Duties:
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail to provide information on the status of their vehicle repair and estimated completion date.
• Schedule bookings for estimates and vehicle repairs.
• Effectively support front office operations and various departments in the collision centre.
• Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
• Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
• Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.
Ideal Requirements:
• Experience in private or public insurance or the collision industry is considered an asset.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
• Resourceful and a fast learner.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
