Housekeeper – Full-Time Days | Skilled Nursing in Chesterfield, Missouri at Friendship Village

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper for our Skilled Nursing community. In this role, you'll help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

• Day Shift

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

• Rotating Weekends Required

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established schedules and standards

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas

• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to support infection prevention

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department

• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner

• Work collaboratively with Nursing, Environmental Services, and other departments to provide exceptional resident care

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required

• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or a hotel.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
