Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/PT) in O Fallon, Missouri at Garden Villas of O'Fallon

Garden Villas of O’Fallon is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our beautiful independent and assisted living community. This individual will assist the Assisted Living DON by ensuring quality care for residents by providing nursing care, creating care plans, assessing resident needs, communicating with physicians, family members, and residents, supervising care staff as needed, and rotating on the on-call schedule.

The successful candidates will be licensed in the State of Missouri, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine. This role is well-suited for individuals seeking career advancement, with opportunities for promotion in the near future.

Prior long-term care experience is a plus, and familiarity with MatrixCare is preferred.
