Tresco, Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to join our team! This essential role ensures clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all who use our facilities. If you're committed to quality work and take pride in cleanliness, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and custodial duties, including:

Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break roomsSweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floorsInterior and exterior window cleaningHigh and spot dustingRemoving office trash and maintaining cleanlinessFloor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet moppingDisinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures

Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in custodial/janitorial services preferred

Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid driver's license required

Other Requirements:

Background check, MVR check, and post-offer drug screening required

Key Skills & AbilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team

Handle stressful situations professionally

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
