We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional tests using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances or deviations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and assist in preparing quality reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
