The Service Manager will oversee the service technician team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the service technician team
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and distributed for scheduled jobs
  • Evaluate staff to determine training requirements.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to employees
  • Monitor preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation

AirTech HVAC is a well-established and thriving, second-generation heating and air conditioning company that has been servicing the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas since 1988. We primarily perform residential work with some light commercial work.
These are the skills we are looking for in you:
  • 5+ years experience in HVAC service and management
  • Supervisory experience
  • EPA Certified
  • Knowledge of local codes and general industry standards
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good DMV record
  • Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to read & write English
