5. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List the key duties and responsibilities and essential functions of the role)

1. Designs structured certification frameworks aligned to Professional Services roles.
2. Defines certification levels, competencies, and skill expectations.
3. Develops certification assessments, including exams, scenarios, and scoring criteria.
4. Establishes certification governance, including versioning, recertification, and audit controls.
5. Aligns certification requirements with enablement curricula and learning paths.
6. Tracks certification adoption, completion, and outcomes.
7. Reports certification metrics and supports enablement analysis.
8. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
9. Ensure certifications validate real-world delivery readiness and adherence to Professional Services methodology
10. Partner with enablement and services leadership to align certifications with quality and performance expectations
11. Acts as the global owner of Professional Services certification standards and governance
