Job Description

Partner Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own marketing strategy and execution across a growing network of certified industry partners.
You will lead partner campaigns, enablement initiatives, and channel programs that directly support lead generation and business growth.
Working closely with Partner Success, Sales, and Product teams, you will translate business priorities into effective partner-facing programs.
The role combines campaign management, content, community engagement, and product adoption marketing.
You will also help launch new tools and features, ensuring partners understand their value and actively adopt them.
As an independent contributor, you will have significant ownership over planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building scalable programs in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own the planning and execution of recurring partner marketing campaigns and promotions, from strategy and content development through partner-facing rollout and measurement.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of partner-ready marketing materials, including co-branded creative, campaign kits, sales collateral, and enablement resources.
  • Lead regular partner training sessions covering new marketing channels, campaigns, assets, and best practices.
  • Partner with Partner Success and Sales to ensure partners have the resources and knowledge required to generate qualified leads and increase installation volume.
  • Manage the monthly partner newsletter, including content planning, production, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Manage partner-facing communities and social channels, including Facebook groups, Instagram broadcasts, YouTube, and partner website content.
  • Develop content designed to strengthen partner engagement and attract prospective partners to the certified partner network.
  • Monitor channel performance and use engagement data to continuously improve content and channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Partner Success teams on marketing strategies for new programs, tools, and product features.
  • Develop and execute adoption campaigns that increase partner usage of software products and connect product engagement to homeowner leads and installations.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for cross-functional product and program launches, ensuring clear communication and coordinated execution.
  • Track partner engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and other downstream revenue indicators to demonstrate marketing impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, including several years working in HVAC, home services, or another trade- or contractor-facing industry.
  • Broad, hands-on marketing expertise across campaign management, channel ownership, content, partner marketing, and program execution.
  • Strong experience managing email and newsletter programs, online communities, and social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as an individual contributor, taking initiatives from planning through execution without requiring a dedicated supporting team.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing activities with measurable commercial outcomes such as leads, installations, engagement, or product adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Partner Success, and other business teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where processes may still be developing and where you are expected to create structure rather than wait for it.
  • Experience using marketing, CRM, or partner engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or comparable tools is a plus.
  • Video production, content creation, or social media development experience is advantageous.
  • Interest in using automation and AI tools to improve recurring marketing workflows, content production, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $110,000–$150,000 USD annually.
  • Meaningful equity opportunity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off and eligible leaves of absence.
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work as an independent contributor with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partner Success.
  • Opportunity to contribute to an ambitious mission focused on transforming how homes are heated and cooled.
  • A collaborative environment that values meaningful work, professional growth, and high-impact execution.
