As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients access the care they need while creating an experience built on empathy, efficiency, and trust.

As the first and often last person our patients interact with, you'll help remove barriers to care by coordinating appointments, supporting provider-directed treatment plans, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional experience our patients deserve. What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression during every visit.
  • Coordinate timely scheduling across multiple healthcare services to help patients access care quickly and stay on track with their recovery.
  • Perform appointment reminders, compliance calls, and proactive outreach that supports patient engagement and continuity of care.
  • Collect and verify insurance, demographic, and referral information accurately to support seamless patient care.
  • Help patients understand appointments, payment expectations, and next steps with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EHR).
  • Partner with providers, imaging teams, and administrative staff to deliver a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
  • Support insurance authorization workflows and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals to reduce delays in care.
  • Help identify and remove barriers that could impact a patient's ability to receive timely treatment.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment.

  • Monday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
