Referral Coordinator in Ormond Beach, Florida at PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers

Seeking a dedicated and organized Referral Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient patient care coordination while supporting front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance verification and front desk duties, ensuring smooth communication between patients, providers and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify patient insurance information and benefits to facilitate accurate billing and coverage

- Coordinate referrals and authorizations with insurance providers and healthcare providers

- Assist with front desk duties, including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling and answering inquiries

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed

- Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors

This is a Monday through Friday position with a schedule from 8 to 4:30.

Previous experience in insurance verification and front desk operations

Strong organizational skills
