We are currently looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Quality Assurance Specialist, reporting to the Director of Operations. The role of Quality Assurance Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and improving product and process quality across our operations. They ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Rittal’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Document and report quality findings, trends, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with production, operations, engineering, or service teams to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, SOPs)
  • Support internal and external audits and assist with audit preparation and follow-ups
  • Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records
What you bring
  • Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a QA role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with ERP and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS software) is an asset
Salary Range
  • $60000 - $70000 / year
