GGS Structures is located in Vineland Station. We are a small company that values respect and integrity within our company, as well as with our customers and vendors. We are a very well-established company that provides greenhouse solutions for commercial farms as well as institutions, such as universities. This position is based in Ontario and subject to the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000. GGS is a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, which is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the United States.
We are seeking a Production Flow Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is the heartbeat of manufacturing - ensuring materials, manpower, setups, fixtures, and information are aligned so production runs smoothly, predictably, and on time. When the production feels like a well-oiled machine, this role is why.
As the Production Flow Coordinator, your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Owning daily production flow and execution against the schedule.
- Ensuring materials, tools, fixtures, and equipment are staged and ready before work begins.
- Coordinating labour assignments to match priorities and capacity.
- Acting as the central link between Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Shipping.
- Monitoring progress and proactively resolving bottlenecks or risks.
- Maintaining production metrics, KPIs, whiteboards, and visual management tools.
- Keeping shop-floor visuals accurate, current, and meaningful at all times.
- Supporting daily production meetings focused on readiness, flow, safety, and performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, setup, and efficiency.
- Performing daily checks to support quality and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage many moving parts.
- Experience coordinating production schedules, setups, materials, and labour.
- Comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and visual systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, working well across teams.
- ERP/MRP experience is an asset.
- Proactive mindset.

First Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM; Overtime when necessary
