Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Supervisor of Facilities. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in either plumbing, electrical, or mechanical.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Provides oversight and direction for facility and grounds maintenance activities, including building repairs, painting, landscaping, equipment, and general upkeep. Coordinates staff assignments and departmental requests, ensures work meets established specifications and safety standards, and manages tools, equipment, and supplies. Monitors schedules, staffing needs, productivity, and records while resolving work-related issues and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Works collaboratively with other departments and performs hands-on maintenance duties as needed.
