ADON-RN/LPN
$85,000/yr + credit for experience + 10K Bonus!

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and oversee nursing and clinical services
  • Manage and coordinate resident care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Support and promote staff development and training
  • Promote and maintain high-quality, person-centered care


What You'll Need:

  • RN license within the state of NE required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • 2 years of experience supervising in healthcare required
  • Geriatrics experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
