Sleep Medicine Physician
Summary

Northfield Hospital + Clinics is seeking to continue to expand our sleep medicine services through the addition of a Sleep Medicine Physician to our team. This is a unique opportunity to help grow a sleep medicine practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your expertise and voice are valued. As an independent healthcare system, you’ll have the autonomy to advocate for your patients and provide personalized, high-quality care. This role includes seeing patients in the clinic as well as interpreting both home and in-lab sleep studies. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to excellent clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Hours and FTE are determined per employment agreement. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage information for all open positions. This position offers a base guarantee with productivity opportunity above the base determined annually. The productivity-based pay is reviewed annually for market adjustments.
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of an MD or DO degree in an accredited residency program
  • Board eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine
  • Current and unrestricted Minnesota medical license or ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota
  • Must be enrolled in NH+C RQI program for BLS certification and complete the requirements within 90 days of enrollment. Must remain current (complete quarterly assignments prior to the end of each calendar quarter).
  • Complete required de-escalation and crisis prevention training upon hire and on an annual basis, including adherence to NH+C reporting standards, preparedness protocols, and response procedures.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration required upon hire
  • Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) registration required upon hire
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
