Pediatrician
Summary
Northfield Hospital + Clinics is seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing, patient-focused Clinics team. As part of our independent healthcare community, you’ll have the opportunity to advocate for patient choice while providing exceptional, individualized care to pediatric patients and their families. We take a collaborative, team-based approach to deliver seamless, integrated care with easy access to a full range of services and specialties. Our clinic system is a vibrant, expanding practice with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and community connection.
Hours and FTE are determined per employment agreement. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage information for all open positions. This position offers a base guarantee with productivity opportunity above the base determined annually. The productivity-based pay is reviewed annually for market adjustments.
Required Qualifications

Completion of a medical degree and an accredited residency program in Pediatrics

Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics

Current and unrestricted Minnesota Board of Medical Practice license
- Must be enrolled in NH+C RQI program for BLS certification and complete the requirements within 90 days of enrollment. Must remain current (complete quarterly assignments prior to the end of each calendar quarter).
- Complete required de-escalation and crisis prevention training upon hire and on an annual basis, including adherence to NH+C reporting standards, preparedness protocols, and response procedures.
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration required upon hire
- Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) registration required upon hire
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
