We are committed to providing wage information for all open positions. This position offers a $362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually. Compensation is structured using a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE. Providers benefit from consistent earnings, with historical compensation at or above guaranteed levels.
