Salary Range: $42,000 CAD per annum

Job Class: Full Time - Contract

Work Location: INLIV, Calgary, AB

Position Summary:

Our Client Coordinators provide outstanding customer service and administrative assistance to our entire team. This role is perfect for you if you love hospitality and customer service, have 5 or more years of receptionist experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel with juggling multiple priorities.

What you will be doing:

Role Responsibilities


Provide high level client service and communicationResponsible for creating invoices and taking paymentsScan and link documents in multiple systems including our EMR and scheduling software systems.Manage multiple schedules – booking, cancelling, and changing appointmentsAbility to follow procedure and take charge in an emergency (Fire Alarm, Evacuation, etc.)Supporting our Health Services and Medical Aesthetics TeamsFlexibility to cover other shifts, when required


Qualifications and Experience Needed


5+ years of experienceProficient in using MS Office programsKnowledge and Experience using QuickBooks is an assetSuperior customer service skills a mustCHR or other EMR experience an assetExperience working in a Medical Clinic or similar is an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, ability to prioritizeSelf-motivated and a team playerHospitality experience is an assetUndergraduate Degree is an asset
