- Lead end-to-end discovery processes, identifying opportunities, defining hypotheses, and validating solutions through user research and data analysis.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and impactful digital product experiences.
- Design low, medium, and high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes aligned with product strategy and user goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and healthcare specialists to design and evolve new features and products.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior metrics to iterate and improve experiences continuously.
- Advocate for a user-centered design culture across teams, influencing stakeholders and promoting best practices.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, research synthesis, feedback analysis, and design workflow optimization.
- Act as a strategic bridge between design, product, and business, ensuring decisions are informed by research and data.
- Experience working as a Product Designer in digital product environments with strong focus on UX and product discovery.
- Strong ability to conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with focus on outcomes and business impact.
- Ability to transform complex problems into simple, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present, defend, and align ideas with multiple stakeholders.
- Systemic understanding of product metrics, OKRs, and how design impacts business results.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to design workflows such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with design systems or platform squads is a plus.
- Background in healthtech or healthcare-related products is considered a strong advantage.
