This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative who thrives at the intersection of design, motion, and video production. You will be responsible for transforming strategic concepts into visually compelling assets across static, animated, and audiovisual formats. Working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, you will contribute to campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring visual consistency, creativity, and high production standards. The position requires strong aesthetic sensibility, technical mastery of creative tools, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and deadlines. You will collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and social media teams, helping bring ideas to life through impactful storytelling. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with high creative autonomy and space for experimentation, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end visual solutions that combine design, motion, and video editing to support digital campaigns and brand communication. You will translate creative concepts into high-quality deliverables while maintaining consistency and performance across platforms.
- Create static visual assets for social media, paid media campaigns, email marketing, and institutional materials.
- Develop and maintain visual identity consistency across multiple client brands and touchpoints.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and dynamic video elements for digital channels.
- Edit and finalize video content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and advertising campaigns.
- Apply color grading, audio adjustments, subtitles, and motion elements to enhance final outputs.
- Explore and apply AI-driven tools to optimize workflows and expand creative possibilities.
- Stay updated on design, motion, and video trends to propose innovative creative solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in design and video production with creativity, agility, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Design, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Figma and agile design/prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of fast-edit tools for social media content (e.g., CapCut Desktop, Canva, similar tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to creative workflows.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and high-volume creative demands.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (strategy, social media, and accounts).
