This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution to strengthen the digital presence of multiple clients across social media platforms. The professional will be responsible for producing engaging visual and audiovisual content, ensuring consistency across brand identities and communication styles. Working remotely, this position requires someone comfortable managing multiple projects, adapting to different client needs, and delivering high-quality content under deadlines. The environment is dynamic and creative, with a strong focus on digital marketing performance and storytelling. The role also involves content planning, publishing, and basic performance tracking to support engagement and growth. • Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for multiple clients.
• Develop visual assets including posts, stories, ads, and institutional materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual quality.
• Edit short-form videos such as reels, shorts, and promotional content adapted to different digital channels.
• Create simple scripts and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.
• Schedule and publish content, ensuring alignment with editorial calendars and client strategies.
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Support general digital marketing needs and ensure consistency in brand identity across all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Completed high school education.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and copywriting.
• Strong organization, agility, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Creative mindset with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Focus on results and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Nice to have: experience with paid traffic, branding, landing pages, WordPress or similar platforms, UX/UI basics, and marketing integrations such as CRM, automation tools, or tracking pixels.
