This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, optimization, and large-scale infrastructure operations within a globally distributed remote environment. In this role, you will help transform complex operational data into intelligent systems that drive automation, predictive insights, and efficiency improvements across high-performance environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and operational teams to design scalable AI solutions and optimize real-world systems using advanced machine learning and data modeling techniques. The position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies involving time-series data, IoT-style telemetry, and production-grade AI deployment. Ideal for professionals passionate about innovation and applied AI, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution in a fast-moving and highly collaborative setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute AI and optimization strategies focused on improving operational efficiency and measurable business performance.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, schemas, and telemetry structures to support AI and machine learning initiatives.
  • Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, automation, performance optimization, and operational forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, workflows, APIs, and production environments.
  • Continuously monitor and improve model performance, reliability, explainability, and scalability in live operational settings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
  • Document architectures, modelling assumptions, and AI workflows clearly while promoting a data-driven and innovation-focused culture.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, optimization, industrial analytics, and automation technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied optimization, data science, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong expertise in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript within Node.js environments.
  • Experience designing and managing large-scale, time-series–focused data architectures and pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of optimization techniques, predictive modelling, anomaly detection, and industrial or telemetry-based AI systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment environments.
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production AI systems, including handling model drift and changing operational conditions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in globally distributed remote teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative AI and optimization projects with real-world operational impact.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in machine learning, automation, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
  • Fast-paced and highly collaborative international team culture.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving and innovation-driven industry.
  • Flexible and autonomous work environment that encourages creativity and ownership.
  • Work alongside highly skilled professionals in engineering, AI, and infrastructure operations.
