This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that enhance customer operations and drive measurable business impact across services and support functions. You will work at the intersection of AI platforms, business systems, and customer workflows, enabling scalable automation and intelligent integrations. Acting as both a technical builder and business problem-solver, you will configure and extend AI capabilities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. The position involves working with modern AI platforms, data pipelines, and enterprise systems to create end-to-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with customer success, managed services, and technical teams to identify opportunities where AI can add value. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and continuously improving AI-driven systems in a fast-evolving environment.
- Design and build AI solutions including agents, multi-step workflows, and integrations, ensuring scalable and reliable architecture.
- Configure and manage AI platform environments, including knowledge bases, data connectors, access controls, and deployment settings.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, support, and data warehouse tools) and AI platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across AI solutions, identifying root causes across systems and integrations.
- Extend platform capabilities using available frameworks and develop custom integrations when required.
- Build automated workflows and orchestration logic to support business process optimization and efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to identify AI use cases, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and enablement materials to support users and scale platform usage.
- Monitor solution performance and continuously improve AI workflows based on data and feedback.
- 4–7 years of experience in a technical, AI integration, consulting, or solution delivery role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience working with AI platforms, APIs, and system integration workflows.
- Ability to design data flows and manage integrations between enterprise systems and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to debugging and system analysis.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data systems, automation tools, and workflow orchestration concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
