This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, technical analysis, and client engagement within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Acting as a key client-facing partner, you will support organizations in leveraging advanced reporting and analytics solutions, including PowerBI, to meet their operational goals. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across technical and business teams. You will play a central role in shaping reporting solutions, improving processes, and ensuring reliable delivery standards. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, ownership, and precision directly influence client success and product impact.
In this role, you will manage technical projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment between client expectations and development execution. You will translate business needs into structured technical requirements and guide delivery teams throughout implementation, while also serving as a primary client point of contact.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and project plans
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage client relationships, including reporting needs, training, and ongoing communication on deliverables and system usage
- Oversee documentation, project governance, and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize reporting solutions, and ensure system performance
- Monitor project budgets, SLAs, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes
This position requires strong experience in technical project delivery, business analysis, and client management within technology-driven environments. You should be comfortable operating in Agile contexts, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in project management and 1–2 years in business analysis or similar roles
- Strong experience managing client-facing technical projects and delivering software or reporting solutions
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Ability to write business requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate technical execution
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with SQL or reporting tools (PowerBI exposure is a strong asset)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an asset
