- Lead the migration of legacy or acquired capabilities into a unified SaaS platform, ensuring continuity and improved user experience.
- Translate existing workflows and requirements into clear product definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with platform standards.
- Partner daily with engineering teams to refine backlog items, clarify requirements, resolve trade-offs, and support delivery execution.
- Maintain and prioritize a balanced backlog that reflects migration priorities, customer value, technical constraints, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration across products and consistent UX patterns.
- Define phased delivery plans, success metrics, and adoption targets for field workflow capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, enhance, or reimagine existing functionality for a modernized platform experience.
- Align stakeholders across product, engineering, and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of migration and product evolution initiatives.
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex SaaS or workflow-based products.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, including discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Strong background working closely with engineering teams in delivery-focused environments.
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization, requirements definition, and release planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading platform migrations, system integrations, or legacy product transformations.
- Familiarity with field operations, construction technology, workforce management, or jobsite-related workflows is a strong asset.
- Experience with time tracking, T&M billing, labor workflows, or field data capture systems is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately CAD 122,000 to 179,300, with additional bonus and equity eligibility
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
- Performance-based annual bonus and stock grant opportunities
- Flexible work arrangements within Canada
- Strong focus on learning, development, and career growth
- Inclusive and collaborative work culture centered on innovation and impact
- Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms used globally
- Robust employee benefits package supporting wellbeing and financial security
