This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, Agile coaching, and client partnership within complex digital transformation programs. You will guide cross-functional, distributed teams in delivering enterprise-scale solutions, with a strong focus on cloud platforms, data integration, and API-driven architectures. Acting as a servant leader, you will ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution while maintaining clarity across scope, budget, and timelines. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and globally distributed, requiring strong communication across time zones. You will work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, UX, and technical teams to shape solutions from discovery through delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement in Agile delivery contexts.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital solutions, ensuring successful execution across scope, timeline, and budget in Agile environments.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with business and user needs.
  • Oversee cloud platform and API integration projects, ensuring technical and business requirements are effectively translated into delivery outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure continuous delivery progress.
  • Drive transparency through Agile reporting tools (burndown charts, sprint metrics, delivery dashboards).
  • Coordinate global, cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Guide software delivery lifecycle activities from planning and design to testing and deployment.
  • Support client engagement through roadmap development, strategy discussions, and delivery advisory.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery leadership roles within software development environments.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading global Agile teams (10+ members) including developers and designers.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and API integration projects.
  • Background managing large-scale budgets ($8M+) in fixed-fee or similar delivery models.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and empirical reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent project management platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust through transparency and consistent delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams working across overlapping international time zones.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a structured and disciplined approach.
  • Nice to have: PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience; exposure to Financial Services; knowledge of traditional SDLC.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: CAD $80,000 – $120,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive insurance plan (Gold, Silver, or Bronze options), with employer contribution up to 80% depending on selection.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage included in benefits package.
  • Access to virtual healthcare services and employee/family assistance programs.
  • $500 annual personal spending account (health, wellness, transit, RRSP contributions, office needs).
  • Retirement savings plan with 100% employer RRSP matching via DPSP (up to 4%).
  • Flexible vacation policy with additional time off during probation and seasonal flexibility.
  • Monthly $30 personal technology reimbursement from day one.
  • Winter holiday company closure and flexible work scheduling for better work-life balance.
  • Inclusive benefits structure designed to support physical, mental, and financial well-being.
