- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple teams, vendors, technologies, and business functions.
- Build and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and integration points to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, business, IT, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive delivery outcomes.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including executive reporting, program reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure Agile and non-Agile teams remain aligned on delivery objectives, business outcomes, and go-live timelines.
- Identify and proactively manage program risks, blockers, and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor coordination, contract deliverables, and external integration milestones across enterprise initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and operational alignment.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, or a related delivery leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives across multiple teams and business areas.
- Strong expertise in project planning, roadmap management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, integrations, and complex technical ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating across both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance processes and provide executive-level reporting and program updates.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, contracts, and third-party deliverables.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect strategic business objectives with operational execution and delivery outcomes.
- Must be located in Canada and available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
