This role sits at the intersection of project management, technical delivery, and client engagement, supporting complex reporting and analytics initiatives within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Acting as the main point of contact for reporting and implementation needs, you will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. The position requires strong coordination with development teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of data and BI solutions, particularly using Power BI. You will also play a key role in strengthening client relationships by guiding reporting best practices and ensuring consistent communication. This is a highly visible role where structure, communication, and technical understanding directly impact customer success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and scoping to execution, delivery, and closure, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Translate business and client requirements into detailed technical specifications and coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact for reporting and analytics deliverables, managing expectations, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee project planning activities including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Design and maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and governance materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize reporting solutions, and improve delivery processes.
  • Support the development and enhancement of reporting capabilities, including Power BI-based solutions and future analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and project governance standards while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in project management and 1–2 years in business analysis or related roles.
  • Strong experience managing technical projects and client-facing deliverables in a software, SaaS, or analytics environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Ability to gather, structure, and translate business requirements into actionable technical documentation.
  • Experience working with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, with SQL knowledge considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range: 90,000 – 100,000 CAD
  • Remote-first work flexibility across Canada (Ontario, Nova Scotia, Alberta, British Columbia)
  • Open PTO policy with flexible vacation arrangements
  • Quarterly “Days of Disconnect” for global team rest and recharge
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Parental and family leave, including “pawternity” leave
  • Wellness support including EAP and Calm App subscription
  • Fitness reimbursement program supporting personal wellness goals
  • Strong culture focused on growth, learning, and professional development
  • Inclusive and collaborative environment built on belonging and innovation.
