• Design and develop instructional content, training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to the needs of IT professionals.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to optimize learning experiences.

• Collaborate with department leads to assess technical skill gaps and training needs.
• Create targeted training plans to support onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing professional development.
• Adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and technology adoption levels.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Revise training content and delivery methods based on learner feedback and evolving business needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.

• Maintain up-to-date training materials, user documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide post-training support and resources to help reinforce learning and improve adoption of IT systems and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in developing and delivering technical training programs within an IT or enterprise environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and collaboration technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications
