Functional Analyst/Trainer at SOLERITY – Scott AFB, Illinois

We currently have an opening for an Integrated Mission Support for Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (ISDDC) Functional Analyst/Trainer to support our client at Scott AFB, IL.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain on site presence in the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Surface Operations Center (SOC) as an ISDDC subject matter expert and perform daily systems checks

· Provide ISDDC formal and informal job specific training support on and off site

· Accomplish short notice, short suspense, high visibility data drills in ISDDC and provide either ADOBE or EXCEL products and analysis (as requested by SOC leadership)

· Work with Government Program Manager by capturing new customer requirements for ISDDC and refine existing requirements

· Work with members of the ISDDC team to ensure their understanding of the functional requirements and business rules during the developmental process and functional testing

· Update User Manuals and other support material to reflect system changes

· Operationally and functionally test ISDDC after upgrades and provide deployment recommendations to the technical lead and Government PM

· Review and approve account requests

· Must have a Secret security clearance

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics) or at least 4 additional years of DOD Transportation experience may be credited in lieu of degree

· Possesses 4 years’ experience that includes 3 years in a specialized area

· Familiarity with ISDDC reports, GIS maps and Multi-Dimensional analysis tools

· Experience using GATES, GFM and IBS

· Some travel required to provide ISDDC training and support to DOD users

· Experience in classroom instruction and briefing
