This role is part of a dynamic, international, and design-driven environment where you will shape and evolve B2B brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. As a senior creative professional, you will translate business objectives and brand strategy into cohesive, scalable visual systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in building high-impact campaign assets, key visuals, and brand frameworks that support global marketing initiatives. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality design in a fast-paced, feedback-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, strategy, and product teams to bring ideas to life in a clear and visually compelling way. Operating in a fully remote, international setup, you will contribute to shaping how B2B brands communicate and grow through design.
- Design and evolve B2B brand systems, visual identities, and scalable design guidelines.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital and social channels.
- Create campaign toolkits, key visuals, and production-ready assets for multi-channel use.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and strategy.
- Translate business objectives and brand positioning into clear, effective, and visually strong design solutions.
- Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer.
- Strong background in B2B branding, visual identity, and marketing design systems.
- Proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, not only isolated deliverables.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in English.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (B2–C1).
- Nice to have: experience in agency environments and fast-paced creative teams.
- Nice to have: experience with SaaS, tech, or B2B service industries.
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools like Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.
- Nice to have: experience in distributed or international remote teams.
