- Lead the end-to-end development of brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple client projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative excellence in all deliverables.
- Develop concept-driven design solutions grounded in strategy, ensuring every visual decision supports business and communication objectives.
- Craft compelling visual narratives that transform brand stories into engaging, multi-format experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including copywriters, producers, and developers, to bring creative concepts to life effectively.
- Present design concepts and rationales clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Maintain a high standard of craft, ensuring precision, attention to detail, and overall design quality across all outputs.
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity and delivering under dynamic timelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, marketing campaigns, and high-level visual storytelling.
- Proven experience in an agency, consultancy, or similarly fast-paced creative environment.
- Solid mastery of core design disciplines, including branding, visual identity, typography, layout, and art direction.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts and strategic directions into polished, high-quality visual executions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating creative rationale.
- Experience working as an Individual Contributor within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
