Job Description: VCSM (Virtual Customer Success Manager)
Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented VCSM Executive responsible for analyzing website performance, aligning content with monthly marketing themes, and creating data-driven strategies to improve engagement and conversions. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, content planning, and basic technical understanding of websites and CMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:· Analyze dealer website performance based on monthly marketing themes and campaigns
· Create monthly website strategy plans based on insights from website data, user behavior, and performance trends
· Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates
· Review website pages and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and journey
· Monitor and interpret basic Google Analytics data (traffic, bounce rate, user flow, etc.)
· Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics insights
· Ensure basic SEO best practices are followed (meta tags, page structure, indexing basics) if needed
· Monthly reporting through our internal CMS or through decks
Required Skills & Qualifications:· Understanding of Google Analytics and website performance metrics
· Ability to derive insights and build monthly strategies from data
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple dealer accounts
Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in website digital marketing
· Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics
· Exposure to automotive/dealer websites (added advantage)
