Website Performance Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing dealer websites to ensure they deliver the best possible performance, user experience, and lead generation. The analyst will act as a bridge between dealers, account managers, and internal teams by providing actionable insights and timely support on website changes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Website Analysis & Recommendations
- Continuously monitor and analyze dealer websites to identify performance gaps, user experience issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to dealers that enhance site usability, design, navigation, and overall engagement through Google analytics.
- Track KPIs such as bounce rate, conversion rate, time on site, and form submissions to measure website effectiveness.
Collaboration with Account Managers/CSMs
- Work closely with assigned Account Managers/Customer Success Managers to communicate suggested website changes.
- Utilize the internal ticketing/tools system to document, request, and track website updates efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all requested changes.
Proactive Market Period Support
- Stay highly proactive during go-to-market periods (first two weeks of every month), ensuring dealer websites are updated with promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Anticipate dealer needs and suggest digital strategies that maximize visibility and conversions during these critical windows.
- Communicate directly with the dealers via Salesforce and call for 911 issues.
Dealer Support & Relationship Management
- Provide prompt, reliable, and clear responses to dealer concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop strong working relationships with dealers by acting as a trusted advisor for their website performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SEO analytics and web optimization.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or website analytics.
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO basics, and digital best practices.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, internal performance dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealer and internal team interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
