Job Description
As a Recruiter within the management of companies and enterprises sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the organization's strategic workforce needs. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to meet short-term and project-based workforce demands.
- Leverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
