The Staff Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a residential CRM product ecosystem, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value to customers and support business growth. This role requires ownership across product development, commercialization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for a residential CRM platform, including core data models, workflows, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities.
- Lead customer discovery efforts with residential service businesses, operational teams, and end users to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Build product strategies that improve lead management, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and impactful product experiences.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with product marketing and finance teams.
- Support go-to-market planning by providing product expertise, positioning guidance, and launch strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve commercial adoption, customer onboarding, and retention.
- Define success metrics, customer enablement strategies, and approaches to accelerate time-to-value.
- Act as a product leader across the organization, influencing decisions beyond feature delivery and helping shape overall business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of AI-driven product trends and apply innovative approaches to improve customer workflows and experiences.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building scalable products, managing complex customer needs, and driving product strategy from concept to execution.
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer lifecycle products, or related business systems.
- Strong understanding of AI-first product development and practical applications of AI beyond simple feature integration.
- Experience working with vertical SaaS products or serving mid-market and enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research, translate insights into product strategy, and prioritize impactful solutions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Comfortable working closely with executives and operating in a high-visibility product environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, make informed decisions, and drive initiatives from idea through execution.
- Competitive salary range:
- Zone 1: $179,900 - $269,900 USD annually (applicable to CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA).
- Zone 2: $168,200 - $252,200 USD annually (applicable to all other US locations).
