Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead based in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to build and scale new acquisition channels within a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will own growth strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, from defining investment priorities to designing experiments and measuring results. You will work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to turn promising ideas into repeatable pipeline drivers. A major focus will be developing robust attribution and incrementality approaches for channels where traditional measurement falls short. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, experimentation, and building new programs from the ground up.
- Own and execute the growth strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Develop channel testing plans with clear hypotheses, objectives, success metrics, budgets, and measurement frameworks.
- Identify promising acquisition opportunities, determine investment priorities, and continuously evaluate channel performance.
- Partner with Design and Product Marketing to develop creative concepts and campaigns tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Manage relationships with media buying agencies, production partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance across pipeline, customer acquisition cost, revenue, and other relevant growth metrics.
- Build attribution and incrementality frameworks for channels where last-click attribution does not provide sufficient insight.
- Partner with Analytics, Product Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Scale successful acquisition programs into repeatable growth engines while continuing to experiment with new channels and approaches.
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to accelerate campaign development, testing, analysis, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to own growth strategy, budgets, execution, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of paid social, with familiarity across CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, audio, and other emerging acquisition channels.
- Experience designing structured marketing experiments and evaluating incrementality.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to guide investment and growth decisions.
- Experience building new acquisition programs or channels from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
- Track record of turning successful experiments into scalable, repeatable growth initiatives.
- Experience working closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, exercising sound judgment, and taking ownership of new initiatives.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or another technology-driven growth environment is highly valued.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows, generate ideas, improve testing, or optimize campaign performance is a plus.
- Competitive annual compensation range of $145,000–$193,000 USD.
- Fully distributed work environment.
- High level of ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving, early-stage organization.
- Opportunity to build new acquisition channels and directly influence pipeline and revenue growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Opportunity to experiment with emerging marketing channels, measurement approaches, and AI-powered tools.
- A culture focused on moving quickly while maintaining high standards.
- Thoughtful, rigorous, and efficient interview process designed to typically be completed within three weeks.
- Opportunities to contribute to meaningful technology-driven changes in the healthcare benefits space.
