Own the technology and operational strategy that connects marketing strategy, data, systems, and execution at scale.
Shape the multi-year MarTech roadmap and architecture across CRM, automation, customer data, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and personalization.
Partner with senior Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering leaders to turn business priorities into scalable technical solutions.

Drive automation, vendor strategy, integrations, and platform improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual campaign operations.
Operate as a senior individual contributor with significant influence over technical direction, cross-functional priorities, and vendor investment.
Join a mission-driven, technology-forward environment where modern marketing capabilities support a broader goal of improving proactive healthcare.
- Define and own the overall MarTech strategy and architecture, making informed build-versus-buy decisions and establishing technical direction for the marketing technology ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap covering marketing technology, automation, analytics, personalization, customer engagement, and platform modernization.
- Direct platform strategy across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and lifecycle engagement technologies.
- Architect reliable data flows between marketing systems, product platforms, CRM environments, and the data warehouse, establishing standards that enable other teams to build effectively.
- Establish and enforce governance standards for tracking, campaign configuration, lifecycle management, data quality, and operational processes across the organization.
- Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership at Director and VP levels to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and lead automation opportunities that materially reduce manual campaign operations while improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Own the technical foundation supporting segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, experimentation, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Lead MarTech vendor evaluation, selection, relationship management, contract negotiations, implementation, and adoption outcomes.
- Build documentation, governance frameworks, processes, and operating standards that make the MarTech ecosystem scalable, reliable, and auditable.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, integrations, and operational risks, proactively resolving or escalating complex issues before they become organization-wide blockers.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to MarTech and marketing operations professionals, including through influence rather than formal reporting relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled approaches that strengthen marketing effectiveness and team productivity.
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth operations, or a related discipline, with demonstrated ownership of strategy rather than execution alone.
- Proven ability to establish technical direction and influence strategic decisions with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, integrations, and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Braze or Iterable, Segment, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Snowflake or BigQuery, Zapier, Workato, OneTrust, and related technologies.
- Strong SQL, API, and data-integration fluency, combined with sound judgment around when to build internally, leverage existing capabilities, or delegate.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives, external technology vendors, budgets, and technology-related spending decisions.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical architecture, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical leaders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, establishing direction, and making informed decisions without waiting for complete information.
- Experience building or modernizing a MarTech ecosystem from the ground up, ideally across more than one organization, is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, subscription businesses, or other data-rich and regulated environments is a plus.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, attribution, lifecycle marketing, or personalization strategy is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of privacy, consent, and data governance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and, where applicable, HIPAA.
- Strategic, pioneering, and action-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous experimentation and improvement.
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build trust across technical and business teams while keeping long-term platform scalability in view.
- Base salary of $135,000–$150,000 in local currency, depending on experience and geographic location.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, including mental health support.
- Free whole-body scans for eligible team members.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with pre-tax contribution options; no employer matching contribution is currently offered.
- Flexible vacation policy designed to support meaningful time away and wellbeing.
- Commuter benefits to help cover eligible transit and parking costs.
- Opportunities for professional growth, career development, and continuous learning.
- Regular team gatherings and opportunities to connect, collaborate, and socialize.
- Opportunity to work with modern MarTech, data, automation, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Significant influence over technical strategy, vendor decisions, cross-functional priorities, and marketing operations.
- Mission-driven environment focused on advancing proactive healthcare and creating meaningful impact for patients and communities.
