PEP Construction Management (PCM) is a specialist engineering and construction delivery business focused on utility scale energy and power infrastructure projects across Australia. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Private Energy Partners (PEP), established to deliver large, complex balance of plant and integrated construction scopes across battery energy storage, renewable generation, grid and data-related infrastructure.

  • Maintain project records, registers, organisational charts and distribution lists.
  • Support safety administration activities, training records and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with document control, document distribution and project records management.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and workforce logistics where required.
  • Provide exceptional support to project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Help create a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.

About you

You are highly organised, proactive and passionate about supporting people and projects. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, thrive on building relationships and take pride in creating positive experiences for employees, visitors and project teams.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in senior administration, project administration, site administration or office management roles.
  • Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining or industrial projects.
  • Experience coordinating workforce mobilisation, onboarding and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 capability, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events and workplace initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong record-keeping capability.
  • A positive, customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Experience supporting safety administration and document control activities (highly regarded).

What we offer

  • Competitive remuneration package with project site allowances.
  • Long-term opportunities across major energy infrastructure developments.
