Quality, Completions & Commissioning | Site Based Delivery

Position Overview

Reporting to the Quality and Completions Lead/Principal, you will play a key role in coordinating quality assurance, completions management and handover activities throughout the project lifecycle.

You will help ensure that works are inspected, tested, documented and transitioned efficiently from construction through commissioning and final client handover.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys working closely with site teams, commissioning teams and clients to ensure projects are completed, documented and handed over to the highest standard.

You will:

• Administer project completions management systems, including ITRs, check sheets and punch lists.
• Coordinate system and subsystem boundaries with engineering and commissioning teams.
• Track progress through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Managing end-to-end project completions and quality assurance using HUB2
• Support preparation and maintenance of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities and client witness points.
• Maintain traceable quality and completions records throughout the project.
• Compile MDRs, test packs and handover documentation.
• Raise and manage NCRs and corrective actions through to close out.
• Support subcontractor and supplier quality reviews and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate project walkdowns and support readiness reviews.
• Assist with preparation of handover and as-built documentation packages.

About you

You are a quality professional who combines technical expertise with practical construction delivery experience. You understand the importance of balancing quality compliance with project outcomes and can lead teams to deliver both.

You will ideally have:

• A qualification in Engineering, Quality or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working in quality, commissioning, completions or construction delivery environments.
• Prior exposure to HUB2 software is highly regarded
• Understanding of mechanical completion, commissioning and handover processes.
• Experience with ITPs, ITRs, NCRs and quality documentation systems.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Experience using quality, completions and document management systems.
