This role is a strategic opportunity to drive partner-led growth across Brazil and broader LATAM markets within a high-performance, global marketing organization. You will be responsible for building and executing impactful partner marketing programs that directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue acceleration. Acting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partner ecosystems, you will design scalable co-marketing initiatives that strengthen regional engagement and amplify global campaigns locally. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes and ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensuring alignment between partner activities and sales priorities. This is a highly dynamic environment where innovation, accountability, and performance are key drivers of success.
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs aligned with LATAM pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Design and implement co-marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, webinars, and workshops to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Localize and activate global marketing campaigns and sales plays with regional partners to increase relevance and impact.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, regional Sales leadership, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver programs on time and within budget across multiple LATAM markets.
- Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring effective allocation and strong return on investment.
- Define KPIs and success metrics, track performance, and report insights on pipeline contribution and program effectiveness.
- Support sales teams with post-program follow-up to ensure opportunity progression and conversion.
- Deliver clear presentations and reports to partners and executive stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B technology environments.
- Proven track record of executing “to, through, and with” partner marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline.
- Experience managing regional or multi-country marketing programs, preferably across LATAM.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a matrixed organization.
- Solid analytical mindset with experience tracking performance, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, including stakeholders based in the United States.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
