- Develop and expand the Brazilian customer base for autonomous agricultural aviation solutions, with a strong focus on key agricultural regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, distributors, and strategic partners across the market.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations, closing, and repeat business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing consultative support and tailored commercial solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and agreements aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Support the organization and execution of customer demonstrations, agricultural trade shows, and industry events.
- Conduct market assessments and customer segmentation analyses to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and successful customer onboarding.
- Support on-site customer operations during initial deployment phases when required.
- 5–8 years of experience in the Brazilian agricultural sector, ideally in AgTech, precision agriculture, or agricultural aviation.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles within agriculture-related industries.
- Knowledge of agricultural drone operations, aerial application processes, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, financial, and relationship management skills with a track record of successful commercial transactions.
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian agricultural landscape and the operational challenges faced by growers and agribusinesses.
- Existing professional network within the Brazilian agriculture market is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Brazil, particularly in key agricultural regions such as MT, BA, SP, MS, and MA.
